ILC is a non-profit training center dedicated to helping organizations and individuals improve their performance through tested training programs. Training specialties of ILC include leadership and effective management skill development, increased cross-cultural capabilities, and customized services to meet client needs.

IBI Consulting joined forces with the Management Training and Development Institute (MTDI) to create this non-profit organization. MTDI has three decades of Leadership, management and cross-cultural communication training experience. More than ten thousand participants from 123 countries have attended its workshops and programs in the U.S. and abroad.
