Leadership and Management Training

The International Leadership Center's cross-cultural interaction capacity-building programs assist participants and client organizations to achieve substantially enhanced capabilities in both domestic and international activities and operations where cross-cultural factors are significant. They are available in time formats of one to several days.

ILC cross-cultural programs are designed to help participants work proactively and productively in culturally diverse and often fast changing conditions. These can be stand-alone programs or expand upon the ILC's feedback/training component when the Cultural Intelligence Survey (CQS) assessment instrument is used.
