The full-service IBI Publications and Graphics Department produced over 300 high-quality communications products for USAID and the State Department and disseminated them to targeted audiences. We prepared an extensive range of reports, evaluations, and concept papers for all USAID, especially the Office of Transition Initiatives. Examples included: Monitoring and Evaluation in Post-Conflict Settings, Reforming Public Administration in Post-Conflict Societies, Gender and Property Rights within Post-Conflict Situations, and Post-Conflict Elections and Democratization. We also produced the OTI Special Tenth-Year Edition, and a series on the Role of Transition Assistance in Indonesia, Kosovo, Nigeria, and East Timor.

We produced Front Lines on schedule for five years and designed and edited all of the Agency's policies and strategies, the White Paper, and the Policy Framework for Bilateral Foreign Aid. We wrote briefs on the effects of USAID democracy programs, reports on the Presidential Initiatives, and the Agency's most popular document: USAID Primer: What We Do and How We Do It. IBI provides production and graphics services under contract to industry partners such as QED, Social Impact, and John Snow, Inc.
